The team structure may vary depending on the project, terms of reference and client needs. The agency consists of three large working groups, each headed by a Group Account Director. This is a specialist (in our case, a female) who is responsible for distributing the workload in the teams, strategic advice, budgets, and quality control.
Each project team is headed by an Account Manager, who, depending on the scope, may manage one or more clients. Senior Account Executive and Account Executive work with the Account Manager, most often writing texts, communicating with journalists, and compiling media databases.
These roles can be combined or separated depending on the specific needs and project. It is possible to allocate a separate manager for a project, but it depends on the project workload, complexity of tasks, and other factors. We are always ready to offer the most effective team composition.
