Reputation management May 2024

Writers, artists and other artists for whom creativity works are used not to rely on the muse but to train inspiration. Creativity is also a routine for PR professionals because we often deal with creating campaigns, finding concepts for projects and other creative tasks. How do you come up with an Effie Award-worthy idea?

  1. Steal like an artist. Or rather, observe, analyze, and adapt because most ideas are not original. To get inspired for a new project, create a mood board with examples of projects of a similar theme from your niche or ideas that caught your eye.
  2. One head is good, but the resource of the whole team is better. Therefore, we advise you to organize brainstorming sessions to foster a sense of unity, to share thoughts and to generate cool ideas together. If you don’t have a team or don’t want to involve them because of the little things, brainstorming can always be done with AI.
  3. Do a brain warm-up before brainstorming. Many exercises promote creativity development. For example, try to write down the maximum number of ways to use a glass, battery, book, etc., in one minute.
  4. Record your thoughts. Keep a notebook or a separate note on your smartphone, where you will write down everything that comes to your mind, even if it seems unimportant to you. These records can be a reliable source of inspiration in the future, ensuring you’re always prepared for creative breakthroughs.
  5. Try new things. A new trend in TikTok, a friend’s hobby that you were indifferent to, a workshop to deepen your professional skills, or just to come home a different way. New activities or unusual ways of solving daily tasks make the brain work more intensively.

So inspiration is a muscle that needs to be exercised. The more you use it, the stronger it will be.
