This summer, the Newsfront team once again partnered with OLX Real Estate to host a press lunch for journalists and prepare the platform’s half-year market digest. The goal was simple: to spotlight the latest housing market trends and strengthen OLX Real Estate’s position as a trusted source of insights.

Our Approach
We kicked off preparations by engaging with journalists to better understand the topics they cared about. Togather with OLX team we created the invitations were for both offline and online guests, and crafted a strong post-event release.
For the digest, we designed its structure and analyzed housing market data from January to June 2025. To amplify reach, we worked closely with regional outlets as well as top-100 national media.
The Results

38 journalists attended the press lunch (18 in person, 20 online) — including representatives from NV, Obozrevatel, Delo, UNIAN, Liga.net, Channel 24, Forbes, Hromadske, Ekonomichna Pravda, RBC-Ukraine, Interfax, TSN, Zaxid.net, and more.
